Note: Theme customization settings are only available to users/groups with Application Administrator privileges. This role can be designated in your Tenant Admin settings (see Tenant Admin) or your Manage Group settings (see Managing Groups>Setting Admin Permissions).
To access the customization settings, navigate to the Admin Settings, then select Edit Theme from the navigation pane.
From the Edit Theme page, select Branding to access the following customization options:
Note: This only applies if you're using the Reporting Hub authentication scheme — other authentication options are available (see Authentication Admin).
The logo image appears at the top of the side menu when it is expanded.
In the Logo Image section, select Edit Logo.
The Edit Logo menu appears.
Choose Select Image to upload an image file. Ideal dimensions for the logo are 175 pixels wide and 35 pixels tall.
The Alignment drop-down menu lets you select how the logo should be positioned relative to the side menu.
Use the Width and Height sliders to adjust the size of the logo at the top. The aspect ratio of your image is locked.
When you are satisfied with your logo configuration, select Apply.
Select Save Changes on the Edit Theme > Branding page.
You will see a preview of the changes you make to your logo as you make them, but they won't be saved unless you select Save Changes.
The collapsed logo is the image that appears when the side menu is collapsed. The ideal dimensions for the collapsed logo is 30-36 pixels wide by 33 pixels tall.
In the Logo Image section, click on Select Image.
Browse to the image file and select it.
Click Save Changes.

The site favicon image appears in the browser's address bar.
The custom loader feature is available on all Business licenses and above.
When a Power BI report is being loaded, the content pane will show the Power BI loader gif by default. A Reporting Hub Administrator can add a custom loader gif to be shown while the report is being loaded to add an additional level of customization and branding.
Select your profile picture to access the Admin Settings menu.
Select Edit Theme.
On the Branding tab, under the Custom Loader header, select Select File.
Navigate to the Admin panel and the Power BI Settings page then select the Custom Loader Tab
Choose a file to be used as loader gif and click Save Changes.
To remove the custom loader, select Remove File. This will return the loader to the Power BI default.
The footer appears at the bottom of your Reporting Hub site. Turn your footer into a hyperlink by adding a destination URL.
On the Edit Theme > Branding page, in the Customizations section, toggle Show Footer on.
Enter the Footer Text you'd like to appear.
If you want the footer to be a hyperlink, enter a URL in the Footer URL Link box.
Select Save Changes.
From the Branding page, you are also given the option of adding a secondary logo to your display. The secondary logo and text will be located underneath your primary logo.
Co-branding your Reporting Hub: If you have multiple customers, adding secondary logo to their tenant is a great way of personalizing their Reporting Hub display. Learn more about managing multiple tenants.
On the Edit Theme > Branding page under Customizations, enable Add Secondary logo and text option.
Upload your Secondary Logo Image by clicking Select Image and choosing an image file.
Add Organization Text and Subtext if you'd like, which will appear to the right of your Secondary logo.
Select Save Changes from the top right of the page.
The External Link option allows you to add an external link to the right-hand corner of your header bar.
On the Edit Theme page, under External Links, enable Use External Link option.
Enter External Link Text and an External Link URL to create your link.
Select Save Changes from the top right of the Edit Theme screen.
