The Refresh Permissions feature makes it easy to update your access without logging out. If your role or group membership changes, this option ensures your permissions are updated right away—helping you stay on track without any interruptions.
Added to a New Group When a user is added to a new security group while already logged in, their access won't reflect the change until they refresh their permissions. This is essential to ensure visibility of the correct content and features.
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the application.
From the dropdown menu, select Refresh Permissions.
You may be prompted to choose which account to log in with—select the appropriate one.
Once completed, your application access will be updated with the most current permissions.
