Create Embed URL Links
Embed pre-configured content pages into other application or websites
Embed URL Links feature is available on all Enterprise licenses and above.
With embeddable URL links, anyone can embed pre-configured Power BI content pages into their own applications and websites. This feature allows you to take advantage of all the no-code Power BI Embedded benefits the Reporting Hub provides and use within your existing solutions.
Enable Embed Links
Select your profile picture to access the Admin Settings menu.
Select App Settings.
Select the action ellipsis beside your global tenant and select Edit.
Ensure Enable Embed Links is toggled on.
Select Save.
Copy Embed Link from Content Page
You can only generate an embed link for an existing (saved) content page.
Select your profile picture to access the Admin Settings menu.
Select Manage Content.
Select the content page you wish to embed from the Manage Navigation menu.
from the Manage Navigation Admin Settings and click Edit link Properties to open the content page properties.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Copy Embed Link section.
Define your content page parameters by choosing to hide or show: the top menu, side menu and footer display.
Click to copy the Embed link.
